227g (8oz) jar of heather honey. There are studies showing that heather honey has more antimicrobial activity than medical grade manuka honey. This honey is relatively gel-like unless recently stirred and a characteristic of heather honey is that it contains numerous small bubbles. This honey is rather special and is one of my favourites although it is really awkward to extract. Get it while you can!
